How to Redeem a Code
In MU: Dark Epoch, open Settings (gear icon, bottom-right of the HUD), select the System tab, then tap Enter Coupon. Type the code into the text box, complete the captcha, and confirm. Rewards are sent to your in-game mailbox. Progress is shared between the Steam build and mobile, and so are coupon codes — redeem on whichever platform you play.

Yes, MU: Dark Epoch actually has a redeem-code system — it's not a given for every MMORPG, but 37Games built a proper coupon feature into the client and uses it the way it does across its other live-service titles: milestone codes, lucky-number codes (777/888/999), and event drops posted to its official Discord and social channels.
Codes are shared across platforms — redeem once on Steam or mobile and it applies to your account either way, since progression is tied to the same account rather than the device.
A handful of other launch- and date-themed codes (MUDEGLOBAL, MUDESTEAM, MUDE4PC, MUDE520, MUDE0813) are also circulating, but we couldn't pin down their exact reward contents from a source we trust, so we're leaving them off the table until we can confirm what they actually pay out.
